前,欧洲媒体传出斯巴鲁 WRX STi 将从明年开始退出英国市场,显然易见这是销情不佳所造成的车型退市,及后更有媒体解读成 STi 将会陆续退出整个欧洲市场。但在月初的东京车展上,斯巴鲁发表了限量450台的特别版 STi S208,等候抽取购买资格的更是远远不止450人 ……

先介绍一下 S208 吧!她是继 S207 后斯巴鲁特供日本市场的特别版车型 (关于 S20x 限定版车型的历史,请参阅本站旧文) ,也是斯巴鲁验证新一代 DCCD 四驱系统极限的限定版车型。众所周知,斯巴鲁最新推出的 WRX STi (日规称2017款;美规称2018款) 一改过去多年坚守的作风:过往的 DCCD 由机械式差速器 (前后轴) 与电控中央多片离合器式限滑差速器所组成;而在2018款车型上的 DCCD 则全面采用电子式控制。

新式 DCCD 不但可让四驱系统的整体反应更快而且更平顺,还让构造变得更简单,维护起来也更方便;再配合主动式扭矩矢量分配系统和多模式车身动态控制系统,这些改变都让新款 STi 在新款欧洲钢炮军团面前,更具竞争力!

市场反应又如何呢?就国内市场而言,斯巴鲁的玩家们似乎大多都抗拒新技术,他们普遍认为采用非机械式差速锁是新款 STi 的最大败笔,我更听说到国内个别城市甚至还出现加价销售2016款 STi 的情况 …… 或许,英国的斯巴鲁玩家们也有类似的认知,我甚至怀疑2018款 STi 在英国的订单只有双位数,因而导致斯巴鲁不得不作出 STi 退市的决定。

那 STi 会不会彻底退出欧洲市场?可能性较大,但也不一定。就好像 BRZ 跟 86 在大陆市场退市的情况相似,假如能卖得动有利润,又何必选择退市呢 (什么车重跟油耗问题那都是瞎扯好吧) ?目前全球大部分市场都还在卖 BRZ 跟 86 (包括港澳台地区),只是 STi 这种售价偏高,而且又只有手动档的车型 …… 即使在崇尚手动档驾驶乐趣的欧洲,也不见得销情有多理想 …… 毕竟「Baby Driver」是米国人 ……

斯巴鲁其实也意识到自己跟不上潮流,因此才在新一代车型上采用了更贴近欧洲主流钢炮的技术规格,并对手动变速箱的换档手感进行了调整 —— 但这又给不少「扫把老铁们」提供了狂喷的机会,说她血统不纯正,已经不再是 STi 了,云云 …… 欧洲性能车市场向来是外敌最难攻陷的,况且钢炮这个领域本来就是欧洲车所带领的。就当年 EVO 还在的时候,三菱甚至不惜向英国市场特供 FQ400 这类「功力加持版」车型,最后还是扭转不了销情惨淡的局面 …… 反观 STi 硬撑到现在才舍得放弃英国,实属不易!

S208 之后还会不会有 S209?我相信会有的!毕竟 S207 限量400台,S208 已经限量到450台,这说明日本市场还是非常接受 STi 的顶级调校版。329马力 EJ20 机器,450台中有100台属于上图的标准版,另外350台属于 NBR Challenge 碳纤维尾箱盖版及碳纤维大尾翼版,含税售价介乎626.4万日元至710.64万日元,折合约36.5万至41.5万人民币 …… 真特么便宜!
